The Johannes Hoff Thorup era at Norwich City begins as pre-season kicks off against League One side Northampton Town this afternoon.
It has been a summer of change at Colney after City's last outing against Leeds United in May. After David Wagner's dismissal in May, Ben Knapper chose the Dane to lead the next chapter of their footballing journey.

Thorup has been working with the bulk of City's squad on the training pitches since their return at the beginning of the month. Pre-season endured somewhat of a false start when their scheduled fixture against Stevenage was postponed.
The City head coach is expected to look at several options during this preparation phase ahead of their Championship return away at Oxford United on August 10.
A plethora of young talent have been training with the first team as the City boss runs the rule over potential options for his first-team squad. The likes of Brad Hills, Lewis Shipley, Emmanuel Adegboyega and Jonathan Tomkinson will be keen to impress after productive loan spells away.
Abu Kamara has returned to Carrow Road after shining on loan at Portsmouth last term. Adam Idah could also get minutes this afternoon despite constant chatter linking him with a return to Celtic.
City's cohort of internationals are expected to return over the coming weeks. The Scottish trio, Angus Gunn, Grant Hanley and Kenny McLean, are set for a Colney return next weekend to begin their respective pre-seasons after a disappointing Euros.
New signing Jose Cordoba will be away for a period yet along with Copa America participants Marcelino Nunez and Josh Sargent as they enjoy some rest ahead of a return to Norfolk.
After this fixture, Norwich will travel to Belgium next week for two matches against Standard Liege and Club Brugges.
