Norwich City are looking to extend their unbeaten run at Carrow Road to ten matches against Cardiff this afternoon - whilst also hoping to find some unity.

The Canaries recorded an impressive 4-2 win over Watford on Tuesday, although there was a fractious atmosphere in NR1 after supporters booed a double change and serenaded head coach David Wagner with chants of 'you don't know what you're doing'.

Wagner then came out swinging post-match, saying those supporters who partook in the negative reaction should 'stay at home'. That is why there will be so much focus on the Carrow Road atmosphere this afternoon, with white noise following City's boss around all season.

Goals from Gabriel Sara and Christian Fassnacht ensured they came through the different circumstances to beat the Hornets and move into the top six for the first time since September, if only for 48 hours before Coventry's 2-2 draw with Plymouth. 

City are without winger Jon Rowe, who is set to be sidelined for two months with a 'serious' hamstring injury and central defender Shane Duffy is also looking at three weeks out with a calf problem. 

Wagner will make a late call on striker Josh Sargent, who is a doubt with fitness problems as Norwich looks to manage his load, but winger Onel Hernandez has been cleared to feature after complaining of hamstring pain during the midweek victory. 

A win for the Canaries could push them into the top six depending on results elsewhere and see them move within one point of fifth-placed West Brom, who were beaten 2-0 by Russell Martin's Southampton on Friday night.

Cardiff have lost four in their five Championship matches and has been in a poor run of form since the beginning of December; only Blackburn has lost more games in that period. The Bluebirds have netted the joint-fewest goals in that period, failing to score in their last two. 

Erol Bulut's side will welcome back ex-Arsenal and Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey back from injury and he could be ready to make a start after coming off the bench in their midweek loss to West Brom. 

Striker Yakou Meite will miss their trip to Norfolk, joining Mark McGuinness, Jak Alnwick, Callum Robinson and Callum O'Dowda on the treatment table.
